Privacy policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026.

This is an informative translation. This website operates under Spanish and EU data-protection law; the Spanish-language version of this policy is the legally binding one.

At CubyPadel Estructuras Deportivas, SL (“CubyPadel”) we process your personal data transparently and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

1. Data controller

  • Controller: CubyPadel Estructuras Deportivas, SL — Tax ID: [to be completed]
  • Address: Carrer dels Perairers, 11, puerta 12 — 46600 Alzira (Valencia), Spain
  • Privacy contact: presupuestos@cubypadel.es

2. What data we process and why

We process the data you voluntarily provide when you contact us (contact form, WhatsApp, email or phone): name, email, phone and, where relevant, details of your project (location, size, court type). We use it to:

  • Respond to your enquiry or quote request.
  • Manage our business relationship if you engage our services (manufacturing, installation, maintenance).
  • Comply with our legal and tax obligations (invoicing, accounting).

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, so we do not profile visitors or analyse browsing behaviour. If we add this kind of processing in the future, we will update this policy and our cookie policy, and ask for your consent before activating it.

3. Legal basis

  • Consent, when you fill in and submit the contact form or write to us via WhatsApp, email or phone.
  • Performance of pre-contractual measures or a contract, when you request a quote or engage our services.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation, for processing required by commercial, tax and accounting law.

4. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or, where there is a business relationship, for its duration plus the applicable statutory limitation periods (for example, Spanish commercial and tax law requires certain records to be kept for 6 years). If you only contacted us for information and there is no further relationship, we keep the data for a reasonable period to manage that enquiry.

5. Who do we share your data with?

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide our services we rely on providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and with GDPR-compliant safeguards: our web hosting provider, our email provider and, if you contact us that way, Meta Platforms (WhatsApp). Using WhatsApp may involve an international transfer of data outside the European Economic Area; where this happens, it is carried out under the safeguards provided by WhatsApp/Meta (such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

6. Your rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge:

  • Access: find out what data of yours we hold.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: request deletion of your data.
  • Objection: object to specific processing.
  • Restriction of processing.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured format.

To exercise these rights, email presupuestos@cubypadel.es stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching proof of identity. If you believe we have not properly handled your request, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your own country’s supervisory authority.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, appropriate to the risk of our processing, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

8. Minors

This website is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 14 without parental or guardian consent.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy to reflect legislative changes or changes to our processing activities. Any significant change will be published here.
