Padel court manufacturers with roots in metalwork
CubyPadel’s story starts long before padel. We come from a family that has worked in metal since 1987: more than three decades of cutting, bending and welding steel have taught us to know every material inside out, and how it behaves over the years.
More than ten years ago we brought that craft to padel. Today we are a padel court manufacturer that also builds any metal structure your project needs, from our own workshop in Alzira (Valencia, Spain). We design, build and install everything ourselves and sell padel courts direct from the factory: no middlemen, one point of contact from start to finish.

In our workshop we make the whole metal structure: steel profiles, mesh and fittings. The tempered glass comes from approved distributors. There are four standard models and you can change the size, colour and finish on any of them.

Site visit and design
We look at the site and the slab and recommend the model that makes sense for how you’ll use it.

Manufacturing
We build the court to your specifications in our Alzira workshop.

Installation
Once the slab is ready, we install the court in a few days: frame, glass and turf, and it’s ready to play.

Maintenance
After 3–4 years of use we recommend a first inspection to make sure everything is in order: the safety of the players, and yours as the owner, comes first.

How much does a padel court cost?
It mainly depends on the model (modular, panoramic or ultra-panoramic), the turf, whether you want lighting or a roof, and the state of the slab. That’s why we don’t quote blind: send us the dimensions and location and we’ll send you a no-obligation quote.
Where should I buy a padel court?
Ideally from whoever makes it. With us you deal directly with the factory: advice, shipping, installation and warranty all in one place.
What does padel court installation include?
Setting out on the slab, anchoring and levelling the frame, glass and mesh, turf with sand infill (the lines come built into the turf), net and lighting if ordered. We hand it over ready to play.
How long does installation take?
With the slab ready, usually just a few days. Frames leave the workshop ready to assemble and it’s always our own crew on site.
Do you build courts for clubs, hotels and councils?
Yes, that’s most of our work. Schools and private owners who want a court at home too.
Do you ship padel courts outside Spain?
Yes. We’ve shipped courts to Dubai, the USA, Venezuela, Nigeria, Morocco, Italy and France. We prepare the load and, if needed, send our installation crew.
Do you build calisthenics parks and multi-sport courts?
Yes. We build and sell custom calisthenics parks and multi-sport courts tailored in materials and size, plus pickleball courts and canopies. Everything is made in-house in Alzira.
Do you maintain courts made by other brands?
Yes. We check glass and seals, decompact the silica sand, brush the turf and repair glass, mesh and nets, whatever the brand.
Where is your padel court factory?
In Alzira (Valencia, Spain), at Carrer dels Perairers 11. We build the courts here and ship them across Spain and abroad. If you’d like to see the materials before buying your padel court, you can visit us by appointment.
